Product Introduction
The Al2O3-C refractory ramming material, developed by Rongsheng Kiln Refractory Co., Ltd., is designed to meet the high-temperature processing demands of various industries. This advanced refractory material consists primarily of corundum, sintered alumina, sintered bauxite clinker, and clay clinker. Additionally, the carbon component includes asphalt, coke powder, petroleum coke, carbon particles, and graphite. The proportion of the carbon component is tailored to specific application needs, enabling it to suit diverse environments. To enhance the construction performance and maintain the volume stability of the lining during operation, binding clay is incorporated into the formulation, with various addition methods employed to achieve optimal results. The binder may be organic, inorganic, or a combination thereof, with standard inorganic options including phosphoric acid, phosphates, silicates, and sulfates. To boost slag and oxidation resistance, we employ several techniques to hydrophilize the graphite, such as surfactant hydrophilization treatments and sol-gel coating methodologies. Furthermore, combining a wetting agent with graphite, followed by extrusion or granulation, can effectively lower water demand.
